Handover of property
- Have all nails from the walls removed and “broom clean” the house / apartment.
- Schedule an appointment with the landlord for the handover of the property.
- The handover of the property must be documented.
- Turn off all gas and water connections.
- Cut off all of the electricity and relinquish all keys belonging to the property.
